A few rules for a pleasant stay

By paying the deposit, the guest confirms agreement with these house rules.

1. Check-in from 16:00 on the arrival day, check-out by 10:00 at the latest. The number of guests must match the reservation.
2. The booking is binding once the deposit is paid; paying it confirms agreement with the house rules and cancellation terms.
3. The remaining balance is due before the keys are handed over. A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 CZK / 200 EUR is collected, returned within 48 hours after departure.
4. The legal guardian is responsible for minor guests and their safety.
5. We cannot accommodate guests with a contagious illness.
6. Visits or overnight stays by anyone outside the booking require the owner's consent.
7. Sports equipment (skis, bikes, etc.) should stay out of the bedroom and living areas — use the lockable ski room instead.
8. Bringing your own indoor slippers is recommended.
9. We generally do not accommodate pets.
10. The owner retains the right to access the apartment for repairs and maintenance, even during the stay.
11. Moving furniture or tampering with the equipment is not allowed.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment.
13. Open flames and candles are prohibited.
14. Use of narcotic substances is prohibited.
15. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
16. In case of serious violations, the owner may end the stay without a refund, in extreme cases with police involvement.
17. Before departure, please turn off the taps, lights and appliances, and lock up — a fee applies for a lost key.
18. Food and drinks should stay out of the bedroom.
19. We are not liable for guests' valuables, personal belongings or vehicles.
20. Please leave the apartment clean, with the dishes washed and rubbish taken out — otherwise we reserve the right to use the deposit for cleaning.
21. SněžníkPass registration and confirmation of local fees takes place on arrival.
