General Terms & Conditions
By submitting the booking form and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

Formation of the contract
Submitting an inquiry through the website form is non-binding and does not commit you to anything. The accommodation agreement is only formed once we confirm availability and receive the agreed deposit.
Price and payment terms
The final price for the whole stay (not per person) is confirmed together with availability. A local accommodation tax may be added in line with the applicable municipal decree. The deposit is due at booking, the balance before key handover, usually by bank transfer.
Cancellation terms
The paid deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may send a substitute guest in your place, or arrange a new date with us.
House rules
The terms of your stay in the apartment (check-in/check-out, pets, smoking, quiet hours) are governed by a separate House Rules section further down this page.
Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Please direct any complaint about the quality of services provided to info@apartmanluel.cz — we will address it without undue delay. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
