Personal Data Processing Policy
We process your personal data exclusively to handle your inquiry and provide accommodation, in accordance with the GDPR regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Data controller
The data controller is Miroslav Bače, Company ID (IČO) 61207454, registered at Kopretinová 879, 566 01 Vysoké Mýto, Czech Republic, operator of Apartmán LUEL. Eliška Bačová is the contact person for day-to-day communication. Contact: info@apartmanluel.cz, +420 737 569 820.
What data we process
When you submit an inquiry through the booking form, we process your name, contact details (email or phone), chosen stay dates, number of adults and children, and any note you choose to share with us.
Purpose and legal basis
We process inquiry-form data to handle your inquiry and negotiate an accommodation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or based on our legitimate interest in responding to your query.
Guest register and reporting of foreign guests
Upon actual arrival, we are legally required, as an accommodation provider, to keep a guest register and to report foreign guests' stay to the immigration police (under Czech law on the residence of foreign nationals and on local fees). For this purpose, at check-in we record name, address, date of birth and ID/passport number — this is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), not data collected through this website.
Who we share data with
We use the third-party service FormSubmit.co to deliver inquiries to our email — it only forwards the form message; the data is not publicly accessible there or processed for any other purpose.
Retention period
We keep inquiry-form data only for as long as necessary to handle it and any follow-up communication. Accounting records for completed bookings are kept as required by Czech accounting law (usually 5–10 years), and the guest register for the period set by applicable regulations.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You can exercise these rights at info@apartmanluel.cz. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
